Batch Offline Watermark Privacy Policy

Local processing
Watermark processing takes place on your Mac. We do not operate an upload service for the app, and the app does not send us your photos, logos, editing content or usage data. It has no accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics or tracking.
Files, Photos and permissions
You choose the images and logo files to process. System file and folder permissions allow the app to access your selected files and save exported copies to your chosen destination.
Import from Photos uses Apple's system picker, which provides the items you select. The app does not request permission to read your entire photo library. It requests add-only Photos permission when you choose Save to Photos. That action creates new copies rather than modifying your original photos.
Local storage
Templates, preferences and saved logo assets are stored locally on your Mac. Importing from Photos can also create local working copies for processing. There is no guaranteed cleanup deadline for these working copies. Exported files remain in your chosen destination, where you can manage or delete them.
iCloud and system services
An original stored only in iCloud may need to be downloaded by the system before it is available for processing. Photos or files you export may subsequently sync according to your own Photos, iCloud and destination-folder settings. Watermark processing itself remains local; Apple and other system or storage services handle their own transfers.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content and attachments you choose to send so we can respond. Please do not send private photos; a description of the issue is usually enough. Our contact mailbox uses Microsoft Outlook. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
You can contact us about access to or deletion of your correspondence. Applicable legal obligations and email-provider retention or backups may affect what can be removed.
This website
This app policy does not describe all processing involved in visiting this website. The site uses AWS Amplify Hosting, whose service processes requests and access logs. Website and email handling are described in the site's Website privacy section. The game's advertising provisions do not apply to Batch Offline Watermark.
