Little Snack Street & this website

Privacy policy

Effective date: 9 October 2026

This policy covers the InfoSeed Games website and the planned 1.0 release of Little Snack Street, which will include real AdMob rewarded advertising. The game is coming soon. Local game information and third-party processing are described separately.

Who is responsible

Little Snack Street is published by Infoseed Consulting Pty Ltd. InfoSeed is the website brand. For questions or privacy requests, contact Support@infoseed.com.au.

Game progress and preferences

Game progress is stored in a local file on your device. Language, music, sound and haptic preferences are also stored locally. The game currently has no player accounts, developer-operated save server or cloud sync, Firebase Analytics, or Crashlytics.

The developer does not receive your local save through a game backend. This does not mean Google services process no data. Device or operating-system backups may also retain app data according to your settings.

Google advertising and privacy choices

The planned 1.0 release uses Google AdMob to offer optional, player-initiated rewarded advertisements and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage applicable advertising privacy choices. A Google SDK earned-reward callback grants one unopened in-game gift. No banner, interstitial, app-open ads or mediation SDKs are integrated in the current source.

When advertising is enabled, the app updates UMP consent information during initial advertising preparation each app session. When Google indicates that a privacy choice is required, the app provides an entry to its privacy form and withholds advertising requests until Google permits them. Where required, Settings also provides access to review or change advertising privacy choices. An unavailable ad or failed consent request does not prevent ordinary gameplay.

Google privacy requests and, where permitted, advertising initialization and preloading can occur before you choose to watch an advertisement, including during app preparation, returning to the foreground or opening the gift interface. Choosing not to watch rewarded ads does not prevent all Google SDK data processing.

Google's SDK documentation describes possible processing of IP addresses and approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising data and interactions, crash diagnostics and performance information. Google and applicable advertising participants process this information for purposes including advertising, measurement and analytics, and SDK improvement. UMP's privacy manifest also declares approximate location, performance and interaction information for app functionality. The specific data processed depends on configuration, region and permissions. See Google's iOS SDK data disclosure and Google's privacy policy.

The current implementation does not present an Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization request or directly read IDFA in developer-written code. Google SDK identifier processing depends on platform permissions and configuration. The app does not force non-personalized ad requests or explicitly disable Google's publisher first-party ID. The absence of an ATT request does not establish anonymity, non-personalized-only advertising or no tracking. See Google's privacy strategies.

Your choices and deletion

You can play without choosing a rewarded ad. Where required, use the privacy-choice entry in the game's Settings to review or change Google's options. Changing choices discards the cached ad and rechecks permission. Another ad may load if requests remain permitted; otherwise that path does not initialize or load ads. Refusing a choice does not necessarily prevent all ads, because Google may permit restricted advertising. Changing choices does not erase previous Google records or shut down an already initialized SDK.

The game sets no expiry for local saves or preferences. New Game overwrites active gameplay progress after confirmation; it does not reset all preferences, clear UMP consent or delete Google-held records. Deleting the app normally removes its local container; offloading is different. Device backups may retain app data. See Apple's backup explanation.

Google and its SDKs manage their own storage and retention according to their services and policies. Consult Google's privacy policy, Google's retention explanation and applicable Google Account activity controls. These controls do not guarantee deletion of every AdMob record, and the developer cannot promise to delete or control Google's records.

Website privacy

This website serves static pages, images and styles. It has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, contact-form backend, embedded third-party media, external fonts, or site code that sets cookies or uses browser storage.

This website uses AWS Amplify Hosting to deliver its pages. Delivering pages requires processing network and request information. Hosting access logs can contain IP addresses, request times, requested paths, response status, browser information and referrers. Logs support operation, troubleshooting and security; they are separate from game saves. See AWS hosting access-log documentation and AWS's privacy notice.

AWS states that Amplify retains access logs until the hosting app is deleted; the two-week limit for individual log requests is not a two-week retention period. These hosting records are managed by AWS and are separate from any Google advertising records.

If you contact the publisher by email, your message, email address and any information you choose to include are processed to respond to your request. Please send only what is needed. Messages sent to Support@infoseed.com.au are stored and processed through Microsoft Outlook. See Microsoft's privacy statement. You can contact us about access to or deletion of your correspondence. Applicable legal obligations and service-provider retention or backups may affect what can be removed.
